Allen Domingos, general manager
Allen’s experience in the food and beverage industry spans nearly two decades and practically every job a restaurant has to offer — from the New Orleans French Quarter to the exclusive St. Regis and Little Nell resorts in Aspen.
While working at Emeril Lagasse’s NOLA, Allen met Julia and then followed her to Aspen. After taking time to attend the University of Colorado (where he graduated with a high honors degree in Philosophy), Allen worked his way through the ranks of the 5-Star Little Nell’s food and beverage program. There he gathered valuable experience as manager of all food and beverage outlets including Montagna and The Aspen Mountain Club. Allen has since supervised two high-end restaurant openings before launching his own venture with Julia.
Allen’s unique combination of southern charm, attention to detail and customer focus enhances each and every party Julia and he create.
